By accessing or using CaseFin (“Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and the Platform Disclosure, which forms part of these Terms. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Platform.
CaseFin is a technology platform that provides workflow infrastructure for participants in litigation finance. The Platform facilitates information sharing between parties but does not participate in, influence, or control any transactions or decisions made by users. For important limitations and disclaimers, refer to the Platform Disclosure.
Users are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of all information they provide through the Platform. Users must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and professional obligations when using the Platform.
All content, features, and functionality of the Platform are owned by CaseFin and are protected by intellectual property laws. Users retain ownership of content they submit but grant CaseFin a license to use such content as necessary to provide the Platform services.
CaseFin shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform. CaseFin makes no warranties regarding the outcomes of any litigation funding arrangements facilitated through information shared on the Platform.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CaseFin and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
CaseFin reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
